Two clamps on drainage pipe

How much would it cost to have two clamps fitted to my outside drainage pipe?

"Depends on if it's a 4 inch stack pipe or rainwater downpipe. Either way the clips are plastic and not expensive. The property is going to be brick so easy to drill into. The only deciding factor is how high up the clips need to be installed, ie is it a 2 level house (can be done off a ladder) or higher which would need a tower put up depending on access and the ground conditions."
