Traditional kitchen units on a budget

Question

We're looking for traditional kitchen units to suit an Edwardian terrace but don't want to spend a fortune. Any recommendations?

B&Q But do not buy from the kitchen shop work out yourself and buy yourself on a Thursday 10% off plus you don't pay there's  commission charge for using there shop services. All kitchen providers are more or less the same  in styles if your on a budget always buy a flat pack 18mm thick you or your fitter when putting g together just glue they will be the same as ridged carcase but you will save around £50 per unit

Hi Sharon I fit Wren kitchen to most which are very expensive but always a pleasure to install the cheapest units I have fitted are the IKEA flat backs which you can buy off the shelf, I do have to charge a bit more as the assembly takes a extra day. IKEA is definitely the cheapest and once up they look nice

There is lots of ways to do this but I’d say use standard size carcasses and dress the kitchen with traditional fronts and finishing touches .

If the units are already in place then maybe just look at replacing the doors which you could find on various sites on the Internet. Much cheaper option

Why not put on this site your willing to collect a kitchen that may be in the process of being replaced .  we have removed many kitchens that really are ok to be fitted again , people just want a change , then grab a van and go pick up
