"The cost of removing the wall between your toilet and bathroom would be approximately £300, plus the cost of a skip for debris removal. Skip hire typically ranges from £150 to £300, depending on the size and location.

For rebuilding and renovating the bathroom, the cost will depend on the materials and finishes you choose. On average, the cost to rebuild and remodel a small-to-medium-sized bathroom ranges from £4,000 to £6,000, covering essentials like tiling, plumbing adjustments, and fixtures. High-end materials or additional features may increase this estimate."

"Hi,

I will charge £200 per day for handling the wall work, excluding the skip. I can manage the demolition and take care of all remaining tasks once the wall is demolished.

Best regards,"

"If it is a stud wall it won't be much more added onto a full bathroom refurb, assuming it be pvc or tiles after... If it's structural it could cost about the same as your bathroom refurb."

"1. Cost of Removing the Wall:
Labor: Removing a partition wall, especially if it’s not load-bearing, generally takes a day or two. Labor costs would typically range from $200 to $600 depending on the size of the wall and the complexity of the job.
Wall Type: If the wall is made of plaster or drywall, it's less expensive to remove compared to brick or stud walls. If it's plaster or drywall, it could be closer to $200 to $400. For a brick wall, it could be higher, around $400 to $600 or more.
Disposal: Disposal of debris is often an additional charge, usually ranging from $50 to $150."

"You would need to make sure this is not a loadbearing wall as this can affect the structure of your building
For reconstruction as the bathroom will be required
To re-run pipework and waste fittings to install new sanitary appliances where appropriate

Site survey all needs to be carried out to inspect and estimate the price of materials and labour required"

"Cost in labour would be £1250
Radiator disconnect or move?
Materials for bathroom extra"
