Sub floor quote
existing floorboards removed and replaced with a sub floor as they are old, uneven and creaky. I will have carpet on top. The room is 4x5m. What is a reasonable quote.

"This job will vary in price depending on what boards you want to use (Pine or if its under carpet, caberdeck is an option) then there will be disposal costs of the old floor and any waste from fitting, fixings, access to and from the skip (waste disposal area) and the time it will take to complete the job and if there is any unexpected issues.
