"soil pipe above or below ground ? how much needs replacing ? you should get a local tradesman to look at the problem and advise you. as there could be unseen problems and its impossible to advise without seeing the job."

"Soil pipe replacement has nothing to do with boiler or stop tap as you call it"

""Soil Pipe Replacement: Cost can range from a few hundred to over a thousand pounds. Timescale varies but may take a day or more depending on complexity.

Isolating Old Boiler: Part of a larger project or standalone task. Costs and timescale depend on complexity and whether it's part of a boiler replacement."

"The cost and timescale for replacing a soil pipe, isolating an old boiler, or replacing a stop valve vary based on complexity, so it’s advisable to consult a qualified plumber for accurate estimates tailored to your property."

Replacing Stop Tap: Generally a straightforward job costing a few hundred pounds, usually completed within a day.

For accurate costs and timescales, it's best to consult a qualified plumber or contractor who can assess your specific needs and provide detailed estimates based on your property's conditions."

"Would need to have a look
If the soil stack is asbestos it would be expensive as per removal and disposal"

"I would say £500 for soil pipe and isolation of boiler £80 and the £80 for stop cock"

"With this much detail, it's impossible to give a quote for this job. Is the current pipe cast or plastic, is the pipe above or below ground. Will the customer be getting rid of the waste? Are there any lead pipes joining to the current waste? Aswell as how tall is the building its being changed on? Lots of factors in this type of job.
Sorry I would decline this job as it needs more information."
