What to do to give a cute appearance to a small laundry room?

A nice neutral colour would be nice as it's small and light colour would open it up a bit so a nice washable light colour maybe a white or timeless on the walls to open the room out a bit.

Hi the best thing to do with a small room is to
paint it all the same colour, example use a modern white 
white and paint the ceiling and walls with it then get the same colour in satinwood finish for the wood work this way your not framing the room which makes it feel larger

If space permits, I would add a small floating shelf and place plant pot(s) alongside wall art, either a photo frame or a motivation/funny quote.  

Nice warm wall colour and some gold or bronze decor.

Recommend tiles against painting due to a laundry room can become damp due to the laundry machines therefore easier to clean & is much more modern that paint

With a small room is white paint will be good and all room should be the same colour it all the same colour. If you paint all woodwork satinwood finish will make it look brighter and larger.
