Skimming to remove artex ceilings

How much would it cost to skim over artex ceilings in a house built in 1996. Rooms with artex are living room, dining room, kitchen, stairs and landing, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom?

"It depends on the plaster. Because he might want to over board the artex wicth will coat more money. But to do a room u should be looking at about 400 to 600 it depends"
