I now have had 2 quotes 1 which is charging £440 to smin 4 walls then i got a quote including the ceiling and walls £450?

"Both reasonable prices, £110 per wall including materials is an average rate. £450 for a room is cheap and a very good price, definitely on the lower end of the scale but still achievable. cheap isn’t always best though"
