Skim over living room walls

I now have had 2 quotes 1 which is charging £440 to smin 4 walls then i got a quote including the ceiling and walls £450?

£400 total is a affordable price  including materials   for all walls and ceiling

Both reasonable prices, £110 per wall including materials is an average rate. £450 for a room is cheap and a very good price, definitely on the lower end of the scale but still achievable. cheap isn’t always best though

Depending how the rooms are big because most of the time the ceilings take much more longer then walls.

Everyone has thier own speed and quality, some would work a little later and get it done in a day some would long it out in 2 days! we personally like to stay late and get as many jobs done a week as we can, this helps us by getting our name into twice as many households and it helps the client get the painter in a day earlier

It all comes down to work pace/daily rate. All plasterers work differently but by going for the £450 with ceiling is more for your money.
