"Based on the information you've supplied. I'm assuming it's a small room so therefore you'd probably need a cloakroom sink wall hung. You'll be looking around £170 for taps, trap. waste kit, new flexis and isolators as well as some small tiles for a splashback. And around £200 for labour and removal of debris."
