"This should have been addressed at the time of the quote, if the client requires the same as the neighbours then that should be agreed in the price"

"If you said I wanted to look like next door, he might have just meant the finish and not the windows unless you’ve specifically requested the windows as well. I think this is just a bit of miscommunication between the two of you."

"The quote was originally for the rough casting but as a professional this should have been mentioned"

"Good morning

Yes, if I was to put a quote together then I would have made sure that this was included into the quote. I feel the job hasn’t been surveyed correctly.
At the least you should have been made aware of any potential extras"

"I can say from my experience that sometimes we give a quote just by seeing it on video and just going to review how the work will be and we get a quick quote but when one starts working sometimes we realize that there are extra things that will have to be done yes but for my part I am not saying that he should pay me an extra amount because I know that it was also my fault for not having seen it"

"Hello
You should look at the breakdown of cost if it’s not on the breakdown then it’s not included
You should of made clear what you wanted before the scaffolding went up sorry
Thanks

"You should check what it says on the quote breakdown and also did you specifically mention about that Part of the work when speaking to the builder"

"good. when you do a job and hire craftsmen to carry it out. you have to make a small contact, where all the stages of the work are written until the end. and finally the staircase. with such a contract the person (company) will do the work until the end according to the agreement. without asking for extra money."

"This is a tricky one as you have asked for the house to match but on the other hand it's not fair for a person to lose money for something they have missed out so in my opinion it's like this if I was rendering a house I always say that if the lintels are brocken and need replacing that's an extra cost the cost of the job should be laid out and if some thing comes up un unexpected on the job this also should be discussed I belive he has seen something that is going to cost him money and no company should have to pay for work on a customer's house so if this is what it costs it is what it costs you should not loose hope in a company for them noticing something that's going to cost money this is there job and there living"
