Self Levelling Primer

Small DIY job seeking advice. I need to self level a small area (pantry) approx 1.5m2, to finish off a small patch of laminate flooring. What the best primer to use? Too many options out there.
Current floor is concrete with a small amount of tile adhesive remains. Any pointers would be much appreciated.

"Based on my experience and based on your base floor being concrete you will need a good acrylic based primer, and for that i would either recommend BAL prime APD or Mapei eco prim grip."

"You can purchase primer from the internet at a cost of approx £25-£30 pounds but a cheaper alternative would be p v a glue from a local d I y and just water it down a fraction cost roughly £12"

"Self Leveling compound. Used to smooth and level floors in preparation for laying a wide range of floor coverings on top which is important as this base layer will effect the overall finish you get from the project. Easy to use by mixing with water according to the manufacturer's instructions to get the right consistency."

"As it’s a small area any prima including a double coat of pva and a cheapest shelf one etc as long as the area is dust free the latex will be fine from 3mm to 10mm thickness"
