"But, don't worry, when severe weather is forecasted, there are some simple ways to secure your outdoor furniture.
Move Things Indoors. If you have space in your garage or shed, move unsecured furniture inside. ...
Cover and Tie Down. ...
Stack Furniture in a Sheltered Corner. ...
Secure a Set of Furniture Together. ...
Create a Windbreak."

"To secure garden furniture overnight or before storms, consider these options:

1. **Furniture Covers**: Use waterproof, durable covers designed for your furniture type.
2. **Tie-Down Straps**: Use strong straps or bungee cords to anchor lightweight furniture to heavy items or the ground.
3. **Storage Bags**: Invest in storage bags or containers for cushions and smaller items.
4. **Weighting Down**: Add weights, such as sandbags, on the corners of lightweight furniture.
5. **Fencing or Anchoring**: If possible, use a fence or anchor points to secure larger pieces.

These methods will help protect your furniture from damage."
