Question

How large should a satellite dish be? Does it depend on where I live? And how can I tell how big a satellite dish needs to be to provide me with a good signal?

Generally in the uk you will be fine with a sky sized satellite dish, some parts of Scotland will require a bigger 60” dish for the best signal.

Hi, if the satellite dish is for a single property, it doesn't actually matter what size, as long it is pointed towards the right place it will work.

It's not a point of how big the dish is it all depends on the line of sight from location to satellite and needs to lined up to twenty-eight-two degree east euro dish is at thirteen degrees east.

It can depend on where you live to determine what size dish you might need but generally, it more depends on what Satellite beam you are trying to get ie: French, Spanish, Italian etc. This will determine the size of dish to use.

Most of the time big dish received most powerful signal and exact quality you need and depends the area you live. Need check signal first before pay more money for big dish because maybe just small one can provide nice signal.
