"It will take Minimum of 1 and a half day to lay the tiles and it's drying time. A Day to grouting to get the good and better result so it total 2 and half days is the realistic time line to lay 28 meter square. Also, it's depending upon the type of adhesive you use. It terms of costing, it will be £45-£60 per sq meter."

"Hi, tiler of fifteen years here,

We currently run a tiling service, chargeable @ £50 per square meter, inclusive of the required adhesives & a wide selection of top quality coloured grouts,

Additionally, customers are usually adviced to select their own tiles, due to the wide array of option - but for some good quality porcelain tiles expect to pay £25-£40 per sqm 👍"

"Hi John,

Time wise you would have to take into consideration, how big the tiles are you’re using? Is the floor relatively level and ready to go? How many intricate cuts are involved?
Price wise would also depend on these factors. But you should be looking between £2000-£3000. The lower end if you’re providing the materials and the upper if you’re just providing the tiles"

"Is the floor level and ready to tile ? All prep work complete? If this is the case and it’s just a matter of adhesive and laying tiles then we estimate 2-3 days work £500 - £750"

"Roughly 2 days with grouting , depending on the surface to be prepared before tiling"
