"Ask your neighbours kindly for the roofing contractor number and give them a call and explain the situation! If that fails ask your neighbours to give them a call as they are the ones who hired them as they should respond to them."

"Bonding Tray is normally used where there are differant tiles to adjoining roof/areas, with out looking at your roof it sounds like the contractor has not fiited trays correctly, and which then causes tiles to not sit properly, ASk your neigbour to call them back and put it right !"

"Some roofers will angle the Battens so that there isn’t a sudden spike but this usually is the case as when you come to re felting your roof it will come right"

"Hi although they don’t have to tell you that they’re having work done to there roof it would be nice to consult first with your neighbour. it’s totally down to your neighbour on the poor workmanship, carried out by the Roofer who has done the roof There should be no reason if the Joining Valley was installed correctly that the tiles are raised."

"When a neighbor has any roof work that’s gunna mess with your side of the roof they have to make sure it’s 💯 the same as they even went around it so my idvice is to go get in contact with a solicitor and take pictures and get your solicitor to send them a letter to get the problem fix or your gunna take legal action! If you don’t your gunna be paying out money to get it fix and it won’t be cheap. All the best for the future pal and hope you get it sorted"
