Repointing utility

Hi,

I have a utility that needs repointing (3 exterior walls) dimensions are approx 156cm wide x 344cm long and possibly some other patches on the rest of the house. 

What costs would I be looking at roughly?

To repoint brickwork most decent bricklayers are charging around £65 per meter squared

Just over 5sqm is not a big enough job to price. A bricklayer will do this in a day and will want £150-£250 depending on what their dayrate is.

You would be looking at around £80 per square meter for cutting out and repointing brickwork.

For labour I would say this would take 3 days for the one wall if it’s that size and it’s brick so around 600

You should be looking around 600 to 1000 pound to have this size repointed. You should go for a price in the middle of what has been quoted by 3 or more people and a company that has good reviews and refrences

need no ht  of utility and also access but let say its 2.5mts  £1100 - £1300 but would have answer to questions cheers
