Replacing our Mira electric shower

Do we need to replace our existing Mira VIE electric shower with exactly the same model or can we get a slightly cheaper model

You can get a different model. Get an electrician to do it rather than a plumber as a lot of plumbers won't touch electrical showers

Hi, You could replace it with a cheaper model but this may mean alterations to the plumbing and / or the electric supply so would cost more to install.
It's probably worth paying the extra amount to get the same model.

Any model as long as the model covers any hole and most importantly has the same electrical rating. 
Clearly Pipework that supplies the shower needs to be in the correct location as existing unit.

Hi there you can chose cheaper one it doesn’t matter as longer it’s got same kilo watts like if you have 10 kw replace with cheaper model with 10 kw
