Hi, I have a 20+ year old 3m x 3m conservatory with the mock victorian plastic roof (it has a small leak), the timber is slowly deteriorating, but I can't afford to replace it. Can a joiner replace the beading and what would be a rough ball park figure to modernise it a little. My max budget would be about £3k

"A Glazier can fix the leak not a problem and you can always modernise by doing things like just replacing the window handles etc and you would be looking at around £500 not £3k"
