Raise Floor Level

I have had a new garage built 9mx3m and need the floor raising 50-80mmit already has a sub base of about 100mm What would be the best way to do it and approx cost?"

"Hi Matthew here you have a sub-base you could concrete it with steel mesh reinforcement cost around £1000 and only takes one day"

"The make up of the new floor could be a dpm membrane, 50mm celotex or jablite polystyrene. Another dpm membrane with 18mm or 22mm chipboard t and g flooring laid as a floating floor.
Materials overall cost approximately £1,000."
