How much would it cost to just prepare an existing concrete floor (so roughing up and priming) for a traditional sand and cement screed? Area approx eighty square metres.  Thank you.

Priming should be done just before the screed goes in, obviously allowing to go off first

I would estimate in the region of £25 to £30per sq m if vinyl flooring was to layered later a coat of 3mm smoothing compound would be needed at £15 per sq m
