Ponding on brand new flat roof

Hi all,

Had a new flat roof installed yesterday but I noticed ponding in the end of the roof so I wonder if it is normal to be like that?

Work that was done
Strip of the existing flat roof covering and existing timber decking.
Supply and fit new 4x2 firing timbers.
Supply and fit new 18mm OSB smart ply board.
Supply and fit a new 4x2 boarder around the flat roof.
Supply and fit a vapour barrier.
Supply and fit new 100mm Kingspan insulation boards.
Supply and fit new white fascia boards.
Supply and fit three layers of high performance felt

"Hi, obviously you're concerned about the roof and so you should be. Definitely it isn't normal to have water sitting like that. You need to contact the company and demand rectification. It's only going to cause issues down the line. Thanks"

"No that’s not normal on a full replacement they should have put a run on so all water runs to the gutter no water should be lying on new flat roof specially when had everything done"

"Hi this is S&D building services we are on face book and my jobquote the reason you have pending is because the ply board as a dip in between the timber so it isn't allowing the water to run off properly so every time it rains you end up with a puddle ,you need more of a run off for the water this could either be done with abit more support to the timbers to raise where the dip is or reroof again making sure all the timbers are at the same level but still allowing for a runoff for the rain water.
Hope this helps many thanks
