Party wall notice

I’m in the process of getting a loft conversion and my neighbours are tenants. I’ve spoken with the tenants and they’re okay with the loft conversion. Should I still serve the landlord with a party wall notice and do landlords don’t care about stuff like this. I don’t fancy going down the hole of getting a party wall agreement and getting party wall surveyors involved. Any and all advice is appreciated.

"Hi
You should not need a party wall notice.fora piece of mind I would inform the landlord of the works you are doing.as you don’t want any problems once the work has started.your local building inspector can advise if you are cut in to the party wall.
Thanks"
