"Yes you can, you would need an epoxy paint and Would have to chemically clean it first, for best results it would have to be spray application and industrial hight quality paint for it to last many years, cheap paint just won't do it and would pretty much be a waste of time. Probably be cheaper to replace and less in the end and less hassle."

"Showers can be restored by Resurfacing their surfaces. A new coating over the wall tiles, bath, basin and shower tray will bring your bathroom to look brand new again. A bathroom is made up of surfaces that wear out due to water, heat, steam, and cleaning."

"Fiberglass shower bases, known as shower pans, can become dull and dingy with time, giving a worn appearance to your bathroom. Rather than replacing the entire shower unit, it is possible to refurnish the fiberglass base with an epoxy paint designed for bathtubs and showers."

"shower base cannot/should not be painted. I do not believe that a ceramic paint has yet been developed. water will eventually erode away the paint. REPLACE SHOWER BASE"
