Painted Adhesive Glue

How do you remove painted over adhesive glue from polysterne tiles from a ceiling.

You can sand it off but I would recommend getting the ceiling reskimmed"

"With a scraper.an artex scraper is the best it’s what I always use"

"best way is use a steam stripper hold on for a good steam should come off but will need a coat of filler or plaster"
