Paint products to avoid in bathrooms

Are there certain paint products that are meant for use in a bathroom?

"no just make sure the emulsion is silk or soft sheen or vinyl matt, not just matt and the woodwork is done with oil paint"

"You can get pacific paint for bathrooms so that the moisture doesn’t sit on top of the paint and cause damp I would also avoid Matt if you are using just normal paint, silk would be better 👍🏻"

"Yes always silk so your walls can be wiped down and when you have a shower the steam runs down the wall and does not stick to it"

"Use eggshell paint or luna paint by Tikkurila also ensure you use a correct paint as will cause problems In future"

"Hi Adam, yes the paints to use in a bathroom is bathroom paint or silk. On certain times eggshell can be used. If the bathroom has bad ventilation stay away from a general Matt paint.

"Hi. Ideally a paint with a mildew-resistant additive. I would say flat or eggshell type paints are not ideal as they absorb moisture and are difficult to wipe."
