"although your question doesn't have a lot of detail there are a couple of possibilities.
.1 if you have a combi boiler and the leak if from the condensate pipe then your boiler needs servicing. -
2 if you have a hot water boiler that is fed from a tank in your loft ( if you have an immersion cylinder then this is what you have) and thats what you replaced the ball valve with then the leak can only be from the overflow so you need to adjust the ball valve so that it shuts off before the level in the tank reaches the overflow outlet. Sorry I cant be more specific but the question did not have a lot of detail. Best of luck hope this at least gives you something to go on,"

"it means the boiler is over compensating and the water is pressurising to much. get someone out to look at it before it goes bang."

"Ball valves are generally fitted in tanks or cisterns to fill them up and stop once the level is reached..first check the ball valve is doing what is meant to ..condense pipes are not overflow.. are you sure it's a pipe from the boiler..if so seek a engineer to look into the problem..you may have a constant fill which is not turned off correctly as in filling loop or the fill level is below the overflow level"
