Outdoor aerial repair

My outdoor aerial is giving poor to no signal, I live on the ground floor of a two story property with a sloped roof. Will the repair men need to use scaffolding, or can they use a ladder with a cat ladder?

"I would be surprised if they use anything but a ladder for that situation. Scaffolding would only be for a complex, large installation in most cases. Cat ladder will work just fine."

"It could be a bad connection from wall to tv if Ariel looks intact on roof"

"An engineer will initially run a diagnostics check on the signal. Ask questions regarding channels and poor signal and the solution may not need roof access, but if they are required to, they will be equipped to access the roof without scaffolding."
