Obtaining repair cost estimate based on Level 2 survey report

I have a Level 2 survey report, with pictures, for a priority I'm trying to purchase. There are several R3 issues, namely cracked roof beams and cracks on the walls. How can I obtain an estimate of repair costs? And how much will getting that estimate cost on its own?

Due to nature of request and won't necessarily mean we will be booking in to work. I charge an admin for this of £25 per hourup to a maximum of 12hours, minimum of 2hours daily

The size of the request could vary. Property could be hotel or a chalet on the coast. One would take a good amount of surveying the damage t assess, gain materials lists and prices and gauge time on a property can different depending the property itself.

Can you call to arrange a potential coffee meeting for an initial free discussion?

Good evening you can for a roofer to come out and give you a free quote on the works that need doing. With the cracks you will need to also get a number online. Both services should be free estimation for you. Good luck.
