"Depends if the pipe rises from a solid floor or timber. If latter there will probably be enough movement for the pipe to be raised with out issues. If solid floor then rising pipe will need extending or cutting back. Either way it will be a drain down or if enough pipe is exposed a freeze would suffice."

"Yes based on what you've said you'll need to lift the carpet back and lift floor board to repipe from underneath once the system has been drained"

"It’s better to see on the picture , if its angle we have to take a carpet and floor to make it straight and perfect.
The pipe will be looks nice when it’s going inside the radiator valve."

"There are lots of unknowns within your question but:
If the ground construction is carpet over a wooden floor then I would lift the carpet and floorboards and adjust the pipework

Older carpets will re-lay with ease, newer carpets would require stretching back into place.

if the ground is a solid floor, this can be broken up, the pipework adjusted, protected and refilled...."

"Removal of floor covering (carpet & underlay) and then removal of floor boards is also involved in this task. Straightening the pipe could just be adjusting the hole positioning or redirecting the pipe to protrude out the floor at a suitable angle. This could cost anywhere from £100 - £150 depending on complexity of the job."

"you need to lift carper but its depend if both pipes and not straight then maybe just moving radiator on brackets will help"

"Minor Realignment (No Cutting):

If the pipe only needs slight adjustment, it’s a small job that could take 1–2 hours.

Estimated Cost: £50–£100 (labor only).

Significant Realignment (Cutting/Refitting):

If cutting and refitting are needed, it’s more involved, requiring 3–5 hours.

Estimated Cost: £150–£300 (labor and materials)."

"Hi,

It should be relatively straight forward. If there enough movement in the hole in the foot boards you should just be about to turn it on the night and straighten it up.

Hope this helps"
