Noisy toilet / taps

My toilet sounds like a fog horn when you flush it. The kitchen and bathroom taps make a noise when u turn them on. And there is groaning coming from some where in the pipes in the bathroom. I don’t know what it could be.

"Good evening
A faulty toilet valve can make a vibrating, banging or pounding noise when taps are turned on or off. The faulty toilet valve causes a hydrolic shock in your plumbing pipework. We specialise in this type of work.
Please feel free to contact us if we can be of any assistance to you.

"Hi there it could be a couple of things it sounds like it is most likely all linked back to your fill valve in your cistern but could also be your the tap cartridges if they are quarter turn leavers causing water hammer - but first option I would try is replace the washer in the fill valve in your wc or replace the full fill valve unit and see how that goes"

"One of the cold water tap cartridge needs to be replaced. It is mostly the kitchen one because the same cold feed water pipe runs through them"

"More than likely would be water hammer, could indicate pressure regulator pipes not clipped at correct intervals ect."
