New double glazed window's an door drafty an loud

Hi need help. I got new windows an door in September 2024 problem started right away can hear everything as if the windows an door are open my neighbours dog barking from the back garden, also drilling coming from at least 10 houses up the street as if it's right next to me. The draft coming from the front door in the hallway is freezing as is the whole house which wasn't before they got put in. I have contacted the company they cant find any issues there's definitely a problem I'm wasting heating an I shouldn't be need advice please. Thanks

"Hi, I would advise testing the coverage on the opening vents. If there's insufficient coverage then you'll have the problem as described.

Also, if they are measured small then the gaps around the item can allow for noise to pass through.

I would certainly advise asking either fensa or certass to inspect if no joy from the original installation company.

"Hi you need the door serviced correctly so it pulls in tight ,there's ways of doing this some installers haven't got the experience to set the door once installed"

I would find the problem straight away
I refurbish windows & it’s down to poor installation. Drafts and no sealing of cold bridging
It’s a common mistake unfortunately
Cold will still come through UPVC with proper sealing
