Moving kitchen to adjacent room

Question

Hi there trying to understand what is the cost to have my current kitchen set up moved as it is, to the room adjacent to where it is now.
All water, gas and drainage will have to be moved across to new location.
Most of the kitchen set up will basically be moved down the same wall. Kitchen is shaped like an upside down, left facing, L, if that gives you an idea, and will have to be moved approximately 4m. Property is a new built so that also gives an idea that my only proper walls are the outside ones.

There are a few factors to take into account here.
With the property being a new build then you will most likely have a solid concrete floor. Which could be quite difficult or tricky to get the services to the new room

Moving the kitchen, rough estimate would be £1000 - £1250.

Moving the services over hard to estimate, could be fairly straightforward, could be difficult and hence expensive.
