Moving from a high rise flat

I live in a high rise flat and I'm due to move out soon. Will a removal company be happy to help me move and is my location likely to add a lot to the cost?

"Hello, it will a high rise flat will rise the price a bit as its more time consuming. it also depends of your inventory, if there s parking available and if you need one of two people to load/ unload."

"Most removal companies will carry out this move, but dependant on access and distance travelled from home to van, then expect to be charged accordingly."

"It's definitely possible for us to help you move from a high rise flat, but it's likely that your location will add to the cost of the move. Moving furniture from a high floor flat will generally be more expensive than moving from a ground floor house, as it requires more time and effort to transport items up and down several flights of stairs. However, if your building has a lift, this can help reduce the cost, as it makes it easier to transport items to and from your home. Every house removal job is different, and the cost will depend on a variety of factors such as the distance of the move, the amount and type of furniture, and any additional services you require."

"If there is not a lift then this would effectively increase the price as it’s a lot of lifting up and down stairs if there is a lift it would help a lot but depending on items"

"Hi.

Yes, of course, a removal company would still move you. But yes the cost will rise a bit if some items will not go into the lift. (hoping you have one) and then depends on where the removal company can park,"
