Mouldy bathroom ceiling

Advice needed please.
Tiny bathroom ceiling gone mouldy again. Had it skimmed which has gone mouldy, damp and now section over bath shower is falling off. Think it’s lath ceiling. Only problem is we had new marble pvc panels fitted around the bath section with new bath, toilet sink combination cabinet in 2023. The plumber fitter done a poor job of everything. The panels were cut too short below the sloped ceiling. No idea how a plasterer can fix a new ceiling to the panel height finish.
If to risk the mess of ripping down the lath ceiling?
If to use moisture resistant plaster board ?
We have extractor fan on bath external wall next to a window that we open.
Steam moisture just stays on ceiling.
Don’t have time to dry wipe down walls and ceiling after shower daily.
Broken 2 karcher from cleaning up wet moisture.
Previously used mould resistant ceiling paints which didn’t last long.
Which plasterboard method would resolve and fix mould bathroom ceiling ?

"quite often you get this problem with bathrooms and poorly ventilated. It’s okay having a extractor fan but only come on with the light if you get the new moisture fans they stay on constantly when they detect moisture in air called humidity fans and I absolute super silent"

"I'm sorry to hear that, should not skim over old laff as it's too much weight, you can overboard with moisture boards then skim it,should solve the problem, but without looking at it at the moment thats the best answer I could give you

me personally would knock it down and start afresh.

"Getting condensation on the ceiling like this means only one things in my opinion, and that is lack of loft insulation. You have a cold spot in the ceiling, so check the insulation in the loft, above the bathroom. My guess is its either not thick enough, or there isn't any at all.
Hope this helps. If you'd like further help, let me know and I'd love to hear the outcome."
