Morris & Co Wallpaper installation

Need some tips on hanging Morris & Co "FRUIT" Wallpaper. Tried doing this and once its wet with the paste or water it rips and tears no matter what I try.
How can this paper be hung successfully.

"Have you tried pasting the wall the day before and then past the paper leaving it 10 mins before hanging"

"Read paper instructions, some are paste wall, pate paper paste both. Pros and cons in each method. Make sure you have good quality paste and not to wet, not worth trying to save money on paste. Lay your drops on smoothly and brush out any pockets, don’t try too hard with this sort of paper."

"Paste the wall not the paper it will stop the paper from tearing"

"Yes it can but before that wallpapering you need to sand the walls and use the glue on the wall."

"Every wallpaper roll will have the information regarding the hanging process of either pasting the wall first or pasting the paper with a waiting time before applying to the wall.
With Morris and co wallpaper is hard paper to hang, there is worse paper out there.
To avoid ripping use a 6 or 8 or 10 inch putty knife depending upon what putty knife you have, putting pressure on the putty knife to avoid the paper moving under the knife then you can start cutting the paper from top and the bottom.
You can also cut the paper by scoring the paper with a fine pencil and use a decent pair of decorator scissors or alternatively scalpels buy loads or a Stanley knife and loads of extra blades.
Use a brand new blade per strip.
Clean the blade before cutting the paper on the ceiling and skirting as any dirt or residue on the blade will effect the cutting of the paper from the start to the Final Cut.
Using a new blade is far cheaper than the cost of a new rolls of wallpaper.
Hope I’ve helped
