"The presented problem ( Noise whilst showering with blended water) could be due to a raft of possible causes. I have listed these below :

1. Faulty mixer cartridge
2. Unequal pressures between hot and cold supplies
3. Partially blocked hot water supply pipe or filter if fitted.
4. Absence of expansion vessel on cold water pipe ( Required on high-pressure systems such as from a Combi, when a water meter is installed)"

"The both pipes cold and hot should be clipped to the wall and no dead end pipe should be more than 5cm ! Otherwise will create a noise and hammer sound"

"Hi there, there’s a couple of reasons that this may be happening. Manufacture fault with the ceramic valves. Debris in the pipe line, it’s quite common for installers failing to clean the line before installing. Uncliped pipe work causing vibration"

"Assuming it isn’t on a pump? Maybe it’s insufficient clipping of pipes"
