Low window height

I have an upstairs window that's quite low down, near the floor. It needs replacing as it's single glazed. Does it need special glass?

If the window is below 800mm from the floor then toughened glass should be fitted

At a low level lower than 900 mil will need a specialist glass this is a toughened glass you can use a toughened sealed units in replacement of the flow class this will meet building
