Loft fire barrier

Hi, we are in the process of purchasing a Victorian property and survey has noted the incomplete fire barrier issue with the party wall in the attic. Question is: is it best to build a fire wall etc with blocks or look at fire curtain type product? Also average costs for install etc of these options. Any advice appreciated

"I would definitely complete the wall with thermalite blocks, then board over with fire board. It's awkward working in a loft. It might go in to a second day. It depends what the access is like but you should expect to pay 1k iro.. This will be more if it needs to be signed off by Building Control."
