Loft conversion in winter?

Can loft conversions take place in the winter or just in and around the summer months?

"Can be done at any time. Either way it is recommended the scaffold to fully cover the building to make sure the work can carry on with rain or no rain ! I’ve done 2 of them during winter season"

"Usually best from spring onward but I do not see why not if there is a temporary scaffolding roofing covering the property."

"Anytime of the year with appropriate scaffolding and roof cover. We’ve done them in June and it turned out to be the wettest June on record!"
