Loft conversion flooring

What do most loft conversion companies use for constructing the attic floor? Just in terms of the flooring, so not necessarily all requirements or components. Thanks!

"Hi Elly,

I believe your question is regarding the floor finishing, and this is 9 times out of 10 - timber and could be hardwood, laminate, or engineered wood flooring. It depends on your design goals. Ceramic tiles are an option for your ensuite bathroom."
