"It’s hard to say without knowing the design. Is it an electric shower? If so the most common fault is a Pressure Relief failure. If you can find a tradesman and provide images it’s easier to advise."

"I must see it
It can have many reasons, such as a hole in the tub, or a sewage problem, or distant mastics that destroyed the seal... You should negotiate with an expert who will fix your problem with a warranty."

"Difficult to say without seeing the unit but it could just be something as simple as needs new seals.... How long has the unit been in place?"

"It could be the waste seal gone because siliconed on. Or the silicone on the edges could be leaking so would need resealing."

"If it’s electric - compression fitting needs tightening up - if it’s a solder fitting - replaced - if it’s a combi shower then new seals"

"Could be anything. A pipe that’s become loose or an O ring that’s become brittle."

"morning,

This could be a couple of issues, silicon around either screen or tray, Loose grout on tiles or leaking trap

"If this is an electric shower, This is likely to be the cold feed connection to your shower, the front will need removing after you have isolated the shower from your pull cord and investigating"

"Depending on what shower unit it is if it's a shower valve could be the shower cartridge if electric shower could be cold Feed connection"
