Labour cost query

Hi. I will be moving into a new house. The kitchen is tiled already but I would like to tile the living room floor approximately 16m squared.
If I was to purchase the materials myself how much would I be looking at for a tradesperson in labour to install? The floor at the moment is concrete and screed so I imagine the floor is ready to be tiled

"You’d be looking at £30 per meter to £50 Mike.
Anything less and you’ve done well for a good tiler."

"Hi Unfortunately I would say it's difficult to give a quote without viewing the work, there also alot of factors that can change a quote I.e location of you the tradesman, accessibility size of tiles to be layed and any obstacles that may need to worked around ect.....I would suggest gathering quotes in person. Sorry this may not exactly answer your question but would be better than giving incorrect information to yourself and it cause disappointment.
Wish you all the best with your project.
Kind regards Curt"

"Hi Mike . For one squared meter I take £75. That would be £1200 labor only for your living room area . What area you live? Look forward to hearing back from you . Best Regards"

"Depends where you live, type of tile you are installing and ease of access. £35/45 m2 plus materials would be a place to start."

"My offer is quite simple. I take between £25 and £45 per m². It all depends on the type of tile, the less standard the more expensive."

"👋 Hi.
How level is it?
Does the room need to be cleared?
How many doorways/turns/fireplaces?
Is it square?
What size tile?
Will you make a brew ?"

"Hi. It depends on difficulty of flooring plan as may takes more time to find a correct solution to make a Customer happy with properly job done. Depends on materials provided, and quality of tiles, it means it might take longer time for leveling 100% correctly. The prices for the labour without materials may vary, but it starts from £40 of square meter. Hopefully we're answered honestly to you query and you'll find the correct tradesperson!"

"Hi, I think that to tile a square metre living room with the living room cleared is around five hundred pounds. Thanks."
