"We can check but this will depend on what floor coverings you have and the accessibility. Pocket holes may be required or all floor covering may need to come up. We would need to take a look."

"You can definitely find a professional to check and, if needed, repair the joists in your kitchen to ensure they are in good condition. It's important to have a qualified tradesperson, such as a carpenter or a structural engineer, assess the joists to determine their soundness and address any issues that may arise. This way, you can ensure the structural integrity of your kitchen floor."

"Heloo there,

You can try the following:
-Assessment by a Professional: Hire a carpenter who specializes in structural repairs. They’ll inspect the joists, assess any damage and identify underlying issues.
-Inspection Process: The carpenter will pull up the subfloor and flooring to examine the joists. If you have a basement, this process becomes easier.
-Repair Options: Depending on the damage, the carpenter may recommend reinforcing the frame, sistering the joists or installing shims. In severe cases, replacement may be necessary.
-Benefits of Hiring a Carpenter: Carpenters ensure a thorough fix, work around obstacles and complete the job efficiently."
