What specialist would i need to look at joists in kitchen and replace flooring

Joiner / carpenter for your joists and depending on the flooring if laminate or solid wood most joiners can install this if tile or lino you may need a flooring installer

Any decent floor fitter or carpenter should be able to replace damaged joist.
My first question is,
Why is it damaged ?
Dry rot or wood worms.
Dry rot, normal bad airflow
Woodworms, joists would need to be sprayed.
