"Corrugated steel can be an excellent choice for cladding when aiming to create a durable and contemporary extension. It offers a modern aesthetic and is known for its strength and longevity. Corrugated steel is resistant to elements like weather, fire, and pests, making it a durable option for exterior cladding. Additionally, it requires minimal maintenance compared to other materials, which can be advantageous in the long run. The sleek and contemporary look of corrugated steel can enhance the overall appearance of your extension while providing reliable protection."

"Condensation would be a concern, but if correctly detailed with ventilation gaps it should be as any other cladding."
