"You should have a plumber, but if the tap is on a plug, then so long as there is a suitable socket outlet close to the installation, an Electrician will not be required."

"You may need both depends on whether the gas engineer who installs the boiler covers these trades also but a simple couple questions to the engineer will answer this for you if you do need extra trades"
