Inframe kitchen units

Are inframe kitchen units suitable for DIY installations?

"If you can install the rest of the kitchen then in-frame shouldn't be a problem. If not pre-assembled already, then the frame goes on first followed by the door with different hinges than a standard kitchen, however, just as easy to fit. The only downside is that this takes a little more time."
