Indian sandstone jointing stain

I’ve recently had my patio jointed with the joint-it compound and there’s some staining left in my grey Indian sandstone slabs any recommendations on how to get rid of this before sealing the patio?

"Do not seal your patio just yet, the marks should weather away but may take 4 to 6 months."

"Hi, as others mentioned here use acid to clean it. I have used Sika brick and patio acid and worked a treat. Make sure to use full PPE as its a nasty staff."

"Sealing is ment to be done before using joint it.

1. Rake out clear everything from joints.
2. Clean patio remove all staining rust cement etc
3. Steam clean preferably after removing all staining.
4. Apply joint it compound to joints
5. Rinse down.

This is the correct order to doing it. To avoid issues like you have now got.

You need to soften the residue to allow it to be cleaned now using a chemical. If you would like some more help please feel free to message me."

"The best way is to probably lightly jet wash with a standard low power jet wash to avoid washing away any other compound"
