hello, how much would it cost to install an outside tap?

Hi, the tap kit is around £30 a plumber/handyman will charge around £30-£40 to fit
So I should cost you around £60 / £70 supplied and fitted

It varies depending on the location the tap is being sited. Have it installed correctly. The pipe needs sleeving in the wall, a double check valve to stop back syphonage, and an isolation valve to isolate the tap during the cold months to prevent from freezing.

But if need too drink the hole for the pipe work 
It is little bit complicated 
I charge for the job 
To drill the hole pipe work from £140 to £160 .
Can be and low price till £110 .
