"To point a chimney stack I’d like to charge for
scaffolding tower £800
to point a chimney stack and a half by raking out old cement and repointing £540
Remove and replace 1 chimney cowl £65
To replace tile that has dislodged and still there £80 - if tile has broke £120
Unsure on how to quote leak at back of property until on-site but would investigate leak and quote accordingly.

Hope this helps Reuben roofline contracts"

"Hi,

It all comes down to size of the job and access requirements,

Materials required are rather cheap but it’s the Labour required and prep work involved,

I’d like to help more if you can attached some photos"

"About £1000 all inclusive with scaffolding but it would also depend on size."

"You be looking at around about £1200/2300 and it depends on the leak at the back and how much of the house needs pointing send me some pics on WhatsApp to show me of the house and I’ll give you a more accurate quote

"This all depends on the size and design of the stack required pointing as for the cowl replacement around £40 each cowl and a tile repair would be around £40 to £50 dependent on the tile design profile as for the leak to the the rear that would and should be assessed before any realistic quotation could be made"

"You would be looking at £950 if the chimney was a standard size 3x3 foot but that would be if the leak was a simple fix ie not needing the whole under roof stripping back and replacing regards dependable driveways and roofing"
